Most regions require that an aspiring mental health professional pass an exam and obtain up to 4000 supervised hours training in a clinical setting before a license can be issued for that region, depending on the type of license. Clinical Supervision Solutions was founded in 2019 with the mission to make it easier for the mental health resident (supervisee) that needs supervised hours to connect with licensed Clinical Supervisors and provide a platform for aspiring mental health professionals to connect with each other during exam preparation.
